Role Overview
The General Manager – B2B Sales will lead UniLiv's institutional and corporate partnerships , focusing on securing large-scale tie-ups with universities, colleges, corporates, hospitals, and workforce housing clients . The role requires a seasoned, presentable, and articulate professional with minimum 10 years of experience in B2B / Institutional sales , strong networks, and the ability to close high-value contracts at the leadership level.
Key Responsibilities
- Institutional Partnerships : Build and secure long-term partnerships with universities, colleges, corporates, and workforce housing clients.
- Sales Strategy & Leadership : Own and execute UniLiv's B2B sales roadmap to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
- Client Engagement : Manage and expand relationships with senior stakeholders (University VCs, Registrars, Trustees, Corporate HR / Admin Heads).
- Presentations & Proposals : Deliver compelling pitches and high-impact partnership presentations.
- Deal Structuring & Negotiations : Lead contract discussions and close MoUs / agreements with institutions and corporates.
- Cross-Functional Coordination : Align with Projects, Operations, and CX teams to ensure UniLiv delivers on commitments made to B2B partners.
- Market Intelligence : Identify new business opportunities across the education and corporate sectors.
- Representation : Act as UniLiv's face at institutional forums, networking events, and industry associations.
Requirements
Experience : Minimum 10–15 years in B2B Sales (Institutional / Enterprise), preferably in student housing, co-living / co-working, education, hospitality, or real estate .Proven success in closing large-scale institutional or corporate deals .Prior experience working with universities / educational institutions is a strong plus.Skills :Exceptional communication & presentation skillsStrong negotiation & deal-closing abilityRelationship-building with senior decision-makersMarket mapping & business development expertisePersonality : Presentable, confident, persuasive, and credible at senior forums.Education : MBA or equivalent strongly preferred.Why Join Us
