We're Looking for a Delivery Leader. A Change Agent. A Builder of Repeatable, Scalable Success :

Opkey is seeking a Head of Delivery to lead the onboarding, implementation, and post-sales delivery of our SaaS product suite, including Testing Agent, Config Agent, Training Agent, and Support Agent. This role is built for a product-first delivery leader ; someone who brings discipline, velocity, and structure to every customer implementation, without losing sight of impact and experience.

This isn't a traditional services role. You won't be building custom solutions you'll be scaling a repeatable delivery engine that drives efficiency, improves time-to-value, and feeds insights directly into our product roadmap.

You understand that every successful onboarding strengthens our customer base, accelerates renewals, and creates champions. You thrive in complexity; navigating multi-app ecosystems, automation workflows, and enterprise environments with precision. You're energized by driving down effort, building templates, and turning project insights into product improvements. You know what good looks like and you build teams and systems that deliver it.

The Role

As Head of Delivery , you will own the end-to-end post-sales delivery lifecycle for Opkey's SaaS products. You'll lead a high-impact team of Project Managers, Automation Engineers, and Functional Consultants, while working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure every implementation is efficient, predictable, and outcome-driven.

What You'll Do

End-to-End Delivery Leadership

• Own first-time implementation, onboarding, patch management, and post-go-live execution
• Ensure delivery is predictable, repeatable, and aligned to key outcomes (time-to-value, adoption, ROI)
• Manage patch cycles, quarterly updates, and adoption accelerators
