At Medanta Foundation, we are looking for a passionate Human Resources Professional to join our team : .

Job Responsibilities :

• Handle end-to-end HR function from manpower planning, hiring, onboarding to exit processes.
• Build effective hiring channels for all CSR roles.
• Recruit effectively, track % of positions closed within agreed timelines, monitor quality of new hires.
• Support Foundation leadership in planning talent needs for different programs.
• Drive learning and development programs for team.
• Drive performance management and learning & development programs for team.
• Manage all employee matters.
• Take care of HR operations, payroll, statutory compliances, and records.
• Create and run HR policies, processes, and practices for CSR initiatives.
• Partner with leaders to align people practices with the Foundations mission and impactful goals.

Work Location : Gurgaon.

Work Days : 6 days from office.
