Senior Manager - Talent Management

The Senior Manager – Talent Management will lead the design, development, and implementation of talent strategies that drive organizational performance and employee growth. This role will focus on end-to-end talent management initiatives, including performance management, leadership development, succession planning, employee engagement, and learning strategy.
