Job Summary
HR professional with 5 - 8 years of experience in the HRBP, Learning Development & Organization Development responsible for designing, developing, and implementing learning strategies and OD interventions that support business goals, enhance employee capabilities, and promote a high-performance culture. This role will play a key part in talent development, change management, leadership development, and culture building across the organization.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Learning & Development :
- Design and implement the annual Learning & Development strategy and calendar.
- Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) in collaboration with business leaders and managers.
- Develop and deliver learning programs, both functional and behavioral, through in-house, virtual, and external facilitators.
- Partner with external vendors and manage end-to-end coordination of training sessions.
- Measure training effectiveness through post-training feedback, assessments, and impact evaluation.
- Drive digital learning initiatives via LMS and e-learning platforms.
- Monitor training budgets and ensure cost-effective learning solutions.
2. Organizational Development :
Lead OD interventions including leadership development programs, employee engagement strategies, and talent management initiatives.Support change management efforts and culture transformation programs.Drive performance management cycles and ensure alignment with organizational goals.Implement competency frameworks and succession planning initiatives.Use data analytics to identify OD trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.Facilitate organization-wide surveys (e.g., employee engagement, pulse surveys) and action planning.3.
