Summary
The Senior Manager HR (Talent Management) will lead end-to-end Talent Management initiatives to strengthen organizational capability, drive employee experience, and support business growth. This role is responsible for designing and executing strategies across employee engagement, talent development, performance management, succession planning, retention, and culture-building initiatives. The ideal candidate brings strong HR functional expertise, strategic problem-solving skills, and the ability to influence senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Management & Development
- Design and implement Talent Management frameworks, including competency mapping, career pathing, and succession planning.
- Lead organizational learning initiatives, leadership development programs, and skill-building interventions.
- Partner with business leaders to identify capability gaps and recommend targeted development strategies.
Employee Engagement & Culture Building
Drive comprehensive employee engagement strategies to enhance workplace culture and retention.Conduct engagement studies, pulse surveys, and action planning; track effectiveness and measure impact.Champion diversity, inclusion, and culture-enhancing programs.Performance Management
Oversee end-to-end Performance Management cycles, including goal-setting, mid-year and annual reviews.Provide guidance to managers on performance coaching, feedback mechanisms, and performance improvement plans.HR Processes & Governance
Manage the complete employee lifecycle including onboarding, engagement, internal mobility, and exit processes.Ensure adherence to HR policies, compliance norms, and organization-wide HR governance standards.Work closely with HR Operations, Payroll, and Business HR to ensure smooth execution of all HR processes.Retention & Workforce Planning
Track workforce trends, attrition drivers, and talent risks; develop proactive retention strategies.Collaborate with Recruitment (RR) teams to support strategic hiring and internal workforce planning.Implement data-driven HR insights and dashboards for leadership decision-making.Education & Qualifications
Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field.Fellow Programme in Engineering (FPM / Equivalent) or an advanced academic qualification is an added advantage.(ref : iimjobs.com)
