Medanta is constantly growing including launch of 'out-of-hospital' divisions which are comprehensive homecare services, pathology and pharmacy.

We are looking for a strong Finance professional who can lead this function for our growing ''homecare'' division. It's a leadership role reporting to BU head. Location - Gurgaon (HO)

Job Objective :

Lead the Finance function as an independent vertical head, partnering with leadership on business growth and sustainability

Job Responsibilities :

• Be the financial custodian of the company, providing leadership on financial planning and decision-making
• Oversee accurate and timely bookkeeping, general ledger, and consolidation of accounts.
• Ensure timely preparation of monthly / quarterly / annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
• Maintain internal financial controls and adherence to accounting standards
• Drive preparation of MIS and dashboards for stakeholders
• Provide variance analysis, budget vs. actual reports
• Ensure timely and accurate compliance with all statutory requirements (Direct Tax, GST, TDS, FEMA, etc.).
• Manage statutory, internal, and tax audits effectively.
• Stay updated with regulatory changes impacting the healthcare and finance domain
• Ensure robust receivables management and timely vendor payments.
• Establish effective credit control and collection mechanisms.
• Lead annual budgeting and periodic re-forecasting exercises.
• Lead and mentor the Finance & Accounts team, ensuring capability building.
