We are looking for a strong Finance professional who can lead this function for our growing ''homecare'' division. It's a leadership role reporting to BU head. Location - Gurgaon (HO)
Job Objective :
Lead the Finance function as an independent vertical head, partnering with leadership on business growth and sustainability
Job Responsibilities :
- Be the financial custodian of the company, providing leadership on financial planning and decision-making
- Oversee accurate and timely bookkeeping, general ledger, and consolidation of accounts.
- Ensure timely preparation of monthly / quarterly / annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
- Maintain internal financial controls and adherence to accounting standards
- Drive preparation of MIS and dashboards for stakeholders
- Provide variance analysis, budget vs. actual reports
- Ensure timely and accurate compliance with all statutory requirements (Direct Tax, GST, TDS, FEMA, etc.).
- Manage statutory, internal, and tax audits effectively.
- Stay updated with regulatory changes impacting the healthcare and finance domain
- Ensure robust receivables management and timely vendor payments.
- Establish effective credit control and collection mechanisms.
- Lead annual budgeting and periodic re-forecasting exercises.
- Lead and mentor the Finance & Accounts team, ensuring capability building.
Candidate Profile
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).8 to 10 years of post-qualification experiencePrior experience in healthcare, services, or similar industries preferredStrong knowledge of Indian taxation, accounting standards, and compliance frameworks.Proven ability to partner with business leaders and provide strategic financial insights.Strong leadership, people management, and communication skillsSkills Required
