Position Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to join our team as a Director of Learning and Development (L&D) . In this pivotal role, you will work closely with the Head of L&D to design, execute, and oversee impactful learning strategies that align with organizational objectives and drive employee growth. This role requires a proven track record in learning program design, leadership training, and the ability to inspire and engage diverse teams across the organization. A strong background in leadership development and strategic planning is the strength that we look for.

Experience : Min 18+ years of experience

Key Responsibilities :

Design and implement innovative learning and development strategies that support organizational goals and future business needs.

Develop scalable programs for leadership development, employee engagement, and talent retention.

Lead the creation and facilitation of high-impact training programs, including communication enhancement (voice and accent), behavioral, soft skills , and analytical skills .

Foster a culture of continuous learning through the development of tailored leadership training programs and frameworks.

Partner with senior leaders, HR, and department heads to identify organizational learning needs and create customized training roadmaps.

Act as a trusted advisor for stakeholders, ensuring alignment between training initiatives and business objectives.

Oversee the management and optimization of the Learning Management System (LMS) , ensuring seamless access, tracking, and reporting of training metrics.

Evaluate program effectiveness using data-driven approaches, including participant feedback, performance metrics, and ROI analysis.

Mentor and guide team members on advanced facilitation techniques and instructional design methodologies.

Ensure efficient coordination of workshops, seminars, and e-learning initiatives, handling logistics and resource allocation.

Create and maintain high-quality instructional materials, including manuals, presentations, and digital content.

Required Skills :

Proven experience in leading diverse teams, inspiring performance excellence, and fostering collaboration across organizational levels.

Ability to align learning programs with long-term business strategies and employee development goals.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with stakeholders across all levels.

Strong analytical mindset to assess training ROI and identify areas for improvement.

Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to design engaging, learner-centric programs.
