Responsibilities
- Explore new learning methods, tools, and solutions to enhance employee development.
- Manage training logistics end-to-end (sessions, invites, venues, materials, coordination).
- Own and maintain the L&D calendar, ensuring timely updates across stakeholders.
- Track learning data, prepare dashboards / reports, and provide insights on training effectiveness.
- Support LMS operations – user management, troubleshooting, content uploads, and usability improvements.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and business teams for smooth program delivery.
Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development,Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.Data-driven mindset with comfort in analytics and reporting.Tech-savvy with exposure to LMS and digital learning platforms.Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Show more
