Learning And Development Specialist

The Learning & Development Specialist plays a pivotal role in driving this vision by designing and executing impactful learning strategies that build capability, strengthen leadership, and nurture a culture of continuous growth. You'll work closely with the Head of Talent Management & Organizational Development , HRBPs, and business leaders to co-create learning journeys that develop both people and performance. This role blends strategy, creativity, and execution — empowering OLXers to learn, lead, and thrive.

What you will do :

Shape & Execute the Learning Strategy

• Design and deliver OLX's L&D roadmap aligned with business goals and talent priorities
• Translate strategic priorities into development programs that strengthen organizational capabilities
• Embed learning as a core enabler of culture, performance, and engagement

Build Leadership & Talent Development Journeys

Drive Capability Building & Continuous Learning

Measure & Demonstrate Impact

Stakeholder Partnership & Learning Governance
