Job descriptionyears of experience in L&D team / function with proficiency in designing , developing , delivering, and managing training programs. As expert in course authoring tools such as Articulate 360. Hands on experience in visualizing and designing animations using Adobe tools, or any motion graphics software. Proficient in managing projects including defining work activities, estimating level of effort, and meeting deadlines. Should possess knowledge of learning management systems, preferably Cornerstone. Should possess advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite. Should posses strong expertise in graphic design and development using adobe suite.
