We are seeking an experienced SAP Employee Central Payroll Consultant to design, configure, and maintain SAP payroll components for clients in Qatar. The role involves enabling payroll features, configuring wage types, benefits, deductions, off-cycle activities, accruals, and ensuring seamless integration with accounting, tax, and reporting systems. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Employee Central Payroll, EC data models, and Middle East payroll practices.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, configure, and maintain SAP Qatar Payroll components including wage types, benefits, deductions, limits on deductions, off-cycle activities, accumulations, date and period modifiers, third-party remittance, posting to accounting, and accruals.
- Review, analyze, and test impacts of Qatar payroll changes included in support packages.
- Enable and configure Qatar payroll features in SAP Employee Central Payroll.
- Understand EC workflows and complex business rules in Employee Central and Time Management related to payroll.
- Support replication and data migration activities.
- Ensure payroll processes comply with quality standards and adhere to company policies.
Required Education :
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, HR, IT, or related field.Required Technical and Professional Expertise :
Minimum 10 years of payroll experience, with at least 7 years in Middle East Payroll implementation.Expertise in SAP Employee Central Payroll.SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.Knowledge of replication / data migration, transport management systems, and authorizations.Awareness of quality processes and payroll compliance requirements.Preferred Technical and Professional Experience :
Hands-on experience with SAP tools such as LSMW, BDC, and ABAP debugging.Experience with Cloud Platform Integration.Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.Skills Required
