We are seeking a highly skilled SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant with strong expertise in Global configuration, Country-specific data elements like Address and Payment Info. Exposure to Payroll Pay Components configuration, data migration, and payroll enablement. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in expanding and configuring Pay Components, creating payroll test data, and enabling country-specific payroll functionalities to support large-scale global payroll implementation projects.
Key Responsibilities :
- Configure Employee Central configuration with a strong focus on Payroll-related functionalities for many countries, including Turkey, NZ, Ethiopia,Pakistan, South Africa, Nigeria and Angola
- Create, configure, and expand Pay Components (PC) to support complex payroll processes.
- Prepare and validate cutover records and payroll readiness activities for go-live .
- Design and execute data migration strategies for payroll, including master data, historical payroll records, and ongoing interfaces.
- Develop test data creation strategies to validate payroll scenarios and ensure payroll accuracy.
- Configure country-specific fields in Employee Central to enable payroll compliance and statutory reporting.
- Enable and maintain country-specific mashups for payroll integration and localized processes.
- Ensure smooth integration between Employee Central and Payroll systems (EC Payroll, SAP On-Prem Payroll, or third-party payroll providers).
- Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to analyze country-specific payroll requirements and configure accordingly.
- Support parallel runs, UAT, and SIT by troubleshooting payroll-related data and configuration issues.
- Document payroll processes, test cases, cutover activities, and configuration guidelines for knowledge transfer.
- Provide post-go-live support for payroll stabilization and optimization.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.Strong expertise in Payroll Pay Components creation, expansion, and management .Proven experience in data migration for payroll implementations.Solid knowledge of cutover planning and execution for payroll go-lives.Experience in configuring country-specific fields and enabling country-specific mashups in EC for payroll.Strong understanding of Employee Central–Payroll integration .Experience in preparing and executing payroll test data scenarios.Prior experience in global payroll implementation projects is mandatory.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and documentation skills.Skills Required
