We are seeking a Brand Technical Specialist to work closely with clients, understand their business needs, and demonstrate how IBM's solutions deliver value. The role involves designing IBM Power solutions, delivering proof of concepts, and providing expert guidance on SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding modules. The ideal candidate will be technically strong, client-focused, and experienced in both implementation and support of HR systems.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop strategies for power-related infrastructure, applications, and management for clients.
- Design feasible IBM Power solutions that integrate with and enhance clients' existing technology stacks.
- Deliver proof of concepts and simplify complex technical subjects for client education.
- Build credibility and trust with clients using consultative methods to facilitate complex Cloud and HR technology deals.
- Work with clients to understand requirements and provide tailored solutions .
- Support implementation and ongoing support of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding 2.0 modules.
Required Education :
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, HR Systems, or a related field.Preferred Education :
Master's Degree in a relevant field.Required Technical and Professional Expertise :
Strong technical knowledge of Recruiting Data Models and features such as candidate status sets, recruiting settings, career sites, agency setup, and reporting.Strong expertise in Onboarding 2.0 including onboarding panels, compliance forms, notifications, security permissions, business rules / advanced conditions, and MDF objects.Hands-on implementation and support experience with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting / Onboarding.SAP SuccessFactors Certified in Recruiting / Onboarding 2.0 .Ability to translate client requirements into effective technical solutions.Preferred Technical and Professional Experience :
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills .Proven history of hands-on delivery in major HR transformation programs .Experience in system interfaces and integrations.Skills Required
