We are seeking an Entry Level Package Consultant to assist clients in the selection, implementation, and production support of packaged solutions such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Workday, or SharePoint . The role involves leveraging business knowledge and technical expertise to deliver data-driven solutions, supporting workshops, stakeholder engagements, and process improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist clients in selection, implementation, and support of packaged solutions.
- Make strategic recommendations leveraging business knowledge to drive client solutions.
- Run or support workshops, meetings, and stakeholder interviews to gather requirements.
- Develop process maps to understand As-Is and To-Be scenarios.
- Use IBM Design Thinking methodology to help solve client challenges.
- Design and implement scalable data warehouse solutions on Snowflake, including schema design, performance tuning, and query optimization.
- Build data ingestion and transformation pipelines using Talend for structured and unstructured data from various sources.
- Integrate data from cloud platforms into Snowflake using Talend and native Snowflake capabilities.
Required Education :
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field.Preferred Education :
Master's Degree in a relevant field.Required Technical and Professional Expertise :
Expertise in Snowflake data warehouse design and implementation .Strong experience with Talend ETL for data ingestion, transformation, and integration.Ability to integrate data from cloud platforms into Snowflake.Preferred Technical and Professional Experience :
Hands-on experience with dimensional and relational data modeling to support analytics and reporting.Understanding of optimizing Snowflake workloads , including clustering keys, caching, and query profiling.Ability to implement data validation, cleansing, and governance frameworks within ETL processes.Skills Required
