Responsibilities
- Should have prior experience in the payments space and Min 3-8 yrs experience
- In this role you will be acquiring new merchants in the Emerging & Enterprise category
- You must thrive in a high-performance environment and possess strong networking, business development, relationship building, and stakeholder management skills
- Preparing short-term and long-term sales plans, sales approaches, and strategies
- Must have the drive to innovate and question the norm, with a strong entrepreneurial drive and a sense of ownership & consistently achieve revenue targets in line with team / organizational objectives
- Work on multiple priorities and define the growth and strategic trajectory
Requirements :
Strong background in B2B sales or partnerships, with exposure to fintech, SaaS, or payments industry.Proven ability to manage end-to-end business development cycles from lead generation to closure.Solid understanding of enterprise merchant needs and market trends in the payments ecosystem.Demonstrated success in handling complex negotiations and long sales cycles.Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and operations teams.Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related fieldQualifications
