Role Overview
As the Regional Head of Sales, you will lead and scale InstaPe’s
enterprise sales initiatives across your region. You will be responsible
for developing high-value partnerships, closing key accounts, mentoring
sales teams, and delivering aggressive growth targets.
This is a leadership role that requires strong enterprise / B2B2C sales
experience, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution capability. The
ideal candidate should have a proven track record in fintech, HR tech,
SaaS, or financial services sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive revenue targets for the assigned region
- Identify, develop, and close enterprise deals with large employers,
HRMS platforms, and payroll providers
Build and lead a high-performing regional sales teamDesign and execute go-to-market strategies aligned with businessgoals
Engage directly with CXOs, CHROs, CFOs, and decision-makers toestablish long-term partnerships
Manage regional sales operations, forecasting, pipeline development,and reporting
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, andOperations to support client success and product adoption
Represent InstaPe at industry events, conferences, and clientmeetings across India
Ideal Candidate Profile
7+ years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 2 years in aleadership role
Strong experience in fintech, SaaS, payroll / HR tech, or enterprisesales
Demonstrated ability to close large accounts and drive scalablerevenue
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skillsComfortable with high travel frequency and in-person client meetingsAnalytical mindset with hands-on CRM and data-driven decision-makingExcellent communication skills in English (regional languages aplus)
