Job Summary :
The Regional Sales Manager India is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve the companys business objectives across the Indian market. This leadership role involves planning, directing, and coordinating the efforts of the sales team to maximize revenue growth, expand market share, and strengthen customer relationships within the Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales programs aligned with the companys strategic goals to drive sustainable business growth in India.
- Lead, manage, and motivate a diverse team of sales professionals, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and regional business objectives.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Establish strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure a unified approach to market penetration and client engagement.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, prepare detailed reports, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Implement best practices in sales processes, negotiation techniques, and customer management to optimize sales efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all sales Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role overseeing regional sales teams.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in the Indian market.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
