Key Responsibilities :
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote products or services.
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or information.
- Maintain and update client information in CRM systems accurately.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and lead generation goals.
- Follow up on leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
- Provide feedback on customer trends, preferences, and market conditions.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and communication skills.
