Key Responsibilities :
- Make outbound / inbound calls to promote internet plans & services.
- Explain pricing, features, and offers clearly to customers.
- Handle queries, complaints, and provide resolutions.
- Follow up on leads & convert them into sales.
- Maintain accurate customer data & call records.
- Coordinate with the sales team for smooth customer onboarding.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Minimum 1 year of experience in tele calling, customer support, or sales ( ISP / Telecom preferred ).Fluency in English (Additional regional languages are a plus).Strong persuasion, negotiation & interpersonal skills .Basic knowledge of broadband & internet services.Ability to meet sales targets & handle pressure.Immediate joiners preferred .Skills Required
