Job Description :
As a Telecaller at Way2Cloud, you will be responsible for communicating with US doctor's offices to schedule patient appointments and collect pending balances. You will work closely with healthcare professionals to ensure a smooth and organized process, contributing to enhanced patient satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
1. Appointment Scheduling : Coordinate with US doctor's offices to schedule patient appointments based on availability and patient preferences.
2. Patient Engagement : Communicate effectively with patients to confirm appointments and provide necessary information regarding upcoming visits.
3. Pending Balance Collection : Follow up with patients regarding outstanding balances, providing assistance in payment processing and resolving any billing inquiries.
4. Data Management : Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of appointments, patient information, and pending balances using basic MS Excel skills.
5. Communication : Build and maintain professional relationships with US doctor's office staff through clear and concise communication via phone and email.
1. Strong Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with healthcare professionals and patients.
2. Customer Service : Prior experience in customer service or healthcare support roles preferred, with a focus on delivering exceptional patient experiences.
3. Organizational Skills : Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, prioritize workload, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
4. Basic MS Excel Skills : Proficiency in basic spreadsheet functions (e.g., data entry, formatting, sorting) to manage and update appointment and patient balance records.
5. Adaptability : Capacity to adapt to changing priorities and operational needs, with a flexible approach to work schedules and tasks.
6. Work Timings : The Candidate should be comfortable working in the US Shift, i.e. 4 : 30 PM to 1 : 30 AM IST or 5 : 30 PM to 2 : 30 AM IST
