Job description

About the Role :

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services
  • Handle inbound inquiries and provide detailed information to customers
  • Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information after each interaction
  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and convert them into sales opportunities
  • Understand customer needs and provide suitable product or service recommendations
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets
  • Handle customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support lead generation and customer engagement activities
  • Maintain call quality standards and ensure adherence to company communication protocols

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline or equivalent qualification
  • 3 to 8 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or a related field
  • Excellent communication skills in English and local languages (as applicable)
  • Good persuasive and negotiation skills
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and meet performance targets
