About the Role :
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide detailed information to customers
- Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information after each interaction
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and convert them into sales opportunities
- Understand customer needs and provide suitable product or service recommendations
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets
- Handle customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support lead generation and customer engagement activities
- Maintain call quality standards and ensure adherence to company communication protocols
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in any discipline or equivalent qualification3 to 8 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or a related fieldExcellent communication skills in English and local languages (as applicable)Good persuasive and negotiation skillsAbility to handle high call volumes and meet performance targetsSkills Required
