Job Summary :

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls to potential and existing customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, persuasive ability, and a customer-first attitude to achieve set targets and maintain customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products / services.
• Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide relevant information.
• Maintain records of calls and update customer information in the database.
• Follow up with leads to convert them into customers.
• Explain product features, pricing, and offers clearly and convincingly.
• Meet or exceed daily and monthly call / lead conversion targets.
• Handle customer objections professionally and provide appropriate resolutions.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams for campaign coordination.
