Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller Executive located in Hadapsar,Pune. The Telecaller Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, following up on leads, managing inbound calls, providing information about our products and services, and addressing customer inquiries. The role also includes managing customer databases, maintaining call logs, and achieving daily call targets. Additionally, the Telecaller Executive will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support various campaigns.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• minimum qualification 12th
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in managing customer databases
• Ability to handle high call volumes and maintain call logs accurately
• Prior experience in telecalling or a similar role is preferred
• Good listening skills and ability to address customer inquiries effectively
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a relevant field is an advantage
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.

Salary-12000+

work timings - 10 : 30am to 6 : 30 pm
