We are seeking a motivated Tele Calling Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products and services, and generating leads to drive sales growth.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote products and services.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up on leads and provide information to potential clients as needed.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing sales.
- Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends to the management.
Skills and Qualifications
2-6 years of experience in tele sales or tele marketing.Excellent verbal communication skills in English and local languages.Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office tools.Good listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs.Basic knowledge of sales principles and customer service practices.Skills Required
