Role Overview

As the Director – Human Resources, you will be a key member of the leadership team responsible for shaping our HR vision, driving culture, and scaling our teams sustainably. You’ll play a strategic role in workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, and compliance, while ensuring alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic HR Leadership : Partner with founders and business leaders to align HR strategies with long-term business goals.
• Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding : Drive full-cycle recruitment and build a strong employer brand to attract top-tier talent in a competitive market.
• People Operations : Lead HR operations including payroll, compliance, HRIS implementation, and process optimization.
• Performance Management : Design and implement robust goal-setting, appraisal, and feedback systems to foster high performance.
• Culture & Engagement : Foster a strong, inclusive, and transparent company culture that reflects our values and fuels retention.
• Learning & Development : Identify and implement capability-building initiatives across leadership and operational teams.
• Policy & Compliance : Develop HR policies in line with labor laws and industry best practices.
• Diversity & Inclusion : Champion initiatives to ensure an equitable and diverse workplace.
