Role Responsibilities
- Drive employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, engagement, and retention
- Collaborate with business teams to define KRAs and manage performance appraisals
- Address employee grievances and maintain compliance with HR policies and statutory norms
- Publish timely reports and dashboards on HR metrics and employee trends
