Your Job

Join the Koch Capabilities HR team as an HR Director, where you'll partner with leaders to help employees self-actualize and maximize their contributions. In this role, you'll build trusted relationships across different capability teams, empowering leaders to transform and drive long-term business success. As a key partner to the Koch Capabilities India Site Leader, you'll help shape culture and advance talent strategies that enable each capability to achieve its vision and priorities. You'll have broad HR responsibilities, including leadership coaching and development, strategic workforce planning, organizational transformation, change management, and employee relations. As a supervisor, you'll also lead and develop the India-based Koch Capabilities Business HR team.

Location : Bengaluru, KA, India - On Site

What You Will Do

  • Build credibility and trusted relationships at all levels, including with senior leaders, to influence and advance business priorities.
  • Partner with leaders to identify and close talent gaps, strengthening our talent position.
  • Drive accountability and transparency by developing supervisors and reinforcing Our Values.
  • Thrive in a dynamic environment, demonstrating adaptability and principled entrepreneurship.
  • Develop solutions that enable teams to deliver on business objectives and transform capabilities.
  • Collaborate, challenge, and communicate effectively to lead teams through change.
  • Use data-driven insights to address business challenges and opportunities.
  • Champion Principle Based Management by connecting employees to our culture and advancing the application of our principles.
  • Collaborate with HR peers to enhance the HR Operating Model.
  • Lead and develop the HR Business Partner team, contributing as a key member of the Koch Capabilities Business HR Leadership team.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Experience in either an HR role or a supervisory role at Koch.
  • Proven ability to influence supervisors and build business relationships.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of building trust and influence at all levels.
  • Experience working on global teams.
