Some of the key responsibilities will include :
- To design and deliver secure, scalable HR system architectures leveraging AWS cloud and SaaS platforms.
- To lead integration of HR systems with internal applications via APIs and middleware.
- To oversee custom application development using cloud-native technologies and best practices.
- To define the HR Tech roadmap, ensuring global compliance, security, and alignment with organizational strategy.
To be eligible for this role you will require :
15+ years of experience in software development with leadership experience.Proven expertise in AWS cloud architecture and SaaS platform integration.Hands on knowledge of HR systems such as Workday, Dayforce etc.Proficiency in programming on Python or C# and understanding of CI CD, Docker, Kubernetes etc.Strong grasp of HR workflows and compliance frameworks.Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and problem solving skills in a global environment along with leading and mentoring a team of talented individuals.(ref : hirist.tech)
