Responsibilities - What will you do
- Partners closely with recruitment team in developing the persona of the role and culture fitment assessment (SEII)
- Partners with leaders in weekly business review to assess capability gaps and design training interventions effectively
- Leads Employee VOE mechanism and sets up monthly business reviews to effectively close loop
- Leads Engagement charter for the BU and takes lead in organizing in-office events
- Analyses attrition trends, engagement score trends to come up with programmatic interventions in discussion with business leaders
- Keeps track of budget spends in partnership with Finance team
- Provides guidance to employees on HR related policy matters and concerns faced with the system
- Lead monthly R&R initiatives for Zepto
Job Environment :
Will work in collaboration with various internal stakeholders & BU heads & will be managing multiple vendors & agencies for the function. Has to work in confidentiality of data & compliance frameworkQualifications, Experience and Characteristics Required :
2-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a start-up Post graduate degree in Human Resources, preferably from premier institutesExcellent communication and strong interpersonal skills Extremely detail-oriented.Take the initiative to get things done when there is an opportunity for improvement.Good analytical skills and effective stakeholder management.Ability to work in a fast paced with quick decision-making environment, and be able to create structures and strong processesWhy Join Us
