Key Deliverables
- Partner with function leaders to drive organizational culture and people agenda
- Champion employee lifecycle events including onboarding, performance management, engagement, and career planning
- Analyze employee feedback and business data to identify trends and recommend retention and performance improvements
- Lead site-level engagement initiatives and manage grievance redressal with corrective actions
