Job Summary :
The Learning & Development (L&D) Executive is responsible for identifying training needs, developing effective learning programs, and delivering training sessions to enhance employee skills and organizational performance. This role ensures continuous development through both in-person and digital training, supporting employee growth and company objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct training needs analysis across departments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
- Design and develop training programs, workshops, e-learning content, and other educational materials.
- Coordinate and deliver employee training sessions, including onboarding, soft skills, technical training, and leadership development.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Maintain training records, reports, and learning dashboards.
- Collaborate with department heads to align L&D initiatives with business goals.
- Manage relationships with external training providers and consultants as needed.
- Support the implementation and administration of Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
