Role Summary : Were hiring a motivated and results-driven BDE / Sr. BDE for a fast-growing EdTech company. Youll drive business growth by engaging with potential customers, scheduling virtual sessions, and converting leads into program enrollments through structured inside sales efforts.
- Make outbound calls to company-provided leads and convert them into paying customers.
- Understand customer profiles and provide tailored course recommendations.
- Conduct engagement-driven discussions to onboard students into learning programs.
- Manage the entire sales funnel using a CRM system from initial contact to conversion.
- Maintain high-quality sales practices and strong adherence to defined processes.
- Stay updated on course offerings and effectively communicate value propositions.
- Handle objections and effectively close sales in a consultative manner.
- Deliver consistent performance in a high-pressure, target-driven environment.
- Requirements : Graduate in BE / BTech, BSc, BCA, MSc, or MCA (CS / IT background preferred).
- Excellent communication , convincing , and objection-handling skills.
- Strong process orientation and a revenue-focused mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and structured inside sales methodology.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to learn and grow.
