• ???? Position : Business Development Executive / Manager
• ???? Experience : 1 – 5 Years (Domestic Staffing preferred)
• ???? Location : Noida (???? Remote Role)

Key Responsibilities :

✅ Lead Generation through multiple channels (LinkedIn, Calls, Email, Networking)

✅ Cold Calling & Prospecting for new business opportunities

✅ Building strong relationships with domestic clients

✅ Identifying and converting leads into long-term business partnerships

✅ Working closely with the recruitment team to fulfill client needs

Required Skills :

• Strong expertise in Lead Generation & Cold Calling
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator / LinkedIn Outreach
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Target-driven mindset with proven sales ability
• Prior experience in Domestic IT Staffing sales (preferred)
