Business Development - Semiconductor Industry

Job Summary :

Follow : are looking for an experienced Business Development professional with a strong background in the semiconductor industry and a focus on engineering services. The role involves identifying, pursuing, and managing opportunities in semiconductor design, product development, and manufacturing process engineering with global semiconductor OEMs, IDMs, and foundries.

This position requires a deep understanding of semiconductor product lifecycles, engineering outsourcing models, and the ability to translate technical capabilities into business partnerships across North America, and Europe.

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for engineering design and consulting services within the semiconductor ecosystem.
• Engage with semiconductor OEMs, IDMs, foundries, and fabless design houses to promote company capabilities.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to define and present customized solutions in areas such as :
• VLSI design, PCB design, and embedded systems
• Semiconductor process and equipment engineering
• Automation and control system integration
• Product validation and reliability testing
• Develop and deliver technical proposals, cost estimates, and presentations.
• Build and manage relationships with procurement, R&D, and engineering decision-makers.
• Track upcoming semiconductor fab expansions, R&D investments, and vendor qualification programs.
• Drive the full business development cycle — from lead generation to contract closure.
• Collaborate with internal leadership to develop regional growth strategies and partnership pipelines.
