Our team is dedicated towards leveraging the technology to solve all the challenges and problems you could think of during a typical placement season.
We are a Blume Ventures backed startup (exited 2022), backed by Great Learning and BYJU's, simplifying the graduate recruitment market in India by connecting students and employers via on-campus placement cells. At present, we work with 400+ colleges and 1800+ recruiters in India and are growing fast. Companies like Capgemini, Cognizant, Hexaware, HDFC Bank, RPG Group and 100's more use Superset to automate their campus hiring process.
Roles and Responsibilities | What does the job entail
- This is a pure Hunting role. Your main responsibility is to identify right stakeholders using LinkedIn / Fundoodata, etc. in companies that hire from campus, find their contact information, cold call / email them and present the platform to them
- Set up and do new meetings each week and give detailed platform demo's
- Own the end-to-end sales process from prospecting, demos, follow-up, sending proposals, price negotiation and contracting
- Use Zoho to regularly update all sales information on a daily basis
- Use ready templates for sending decks / proposals / commercials / etc. to remain process oriented
Requirements | You'll be a great addition to our team if :
