Job Summary :

We are seeking a results-driven and proactive Sales & Business Development Manager (Key Accounts) to spearhead domestic market staffing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic client acquisition, nurturing long-term partnerships, and managing key accounts. This role demands strong staffing industry experience, exceptional relationship management skills, and a high sense of ownership to deliver immediate business impact.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify, develop, and close staffing business opportunities within the domestic market.
  • Act as a Key Account Manager, maintaining and expanding relationships with major clients while ensuring consistent revenue growth.
  • Build a strong client pipeline by prospecting new accounts and developing long-term partnerships.
  • Conduct market research to identify staffing trends, competitor insights, and client demands.
  • Develop and deliver customized sales pitches, proposals, and staffing solutions aligned to client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal recruitment, delivery, and operations teams to ensure timely fulfillment and client satisfaction.
  • Manage contract negotiations, pricing, and service agreements with clients.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly business targets.
  • Maintain accurate and updated reports in CRM and provide regular business updates to leadership.
  • Represent PeopleTech Group at client meetings, business forums, and staffing events.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, staffing business development, or key account management (preferably in domestic staffing).
  • Proven record in client acquisition and revenue generation within the staffing or IT services domain.
  • Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
  • Hands-on experience in CRM tools and account management workflows.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
  • Immediate joiner preferred.
  • Preferred Skills :

  • Prior experience managing key enterprise accounts in domestic staffing.
  • Strong professional network in the Indian staffing and recruitment ecosystem.
  • Multilingual proficiency will be an added advantage
