Job description
Identify, evaluate, and execute buy-side investment opportunities across unlisted / pre-IPO, private equity, and alternative investment products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with HNIs, UHNIs, family offices, and institutional investors.
Drive end-to-end deal execution, including due diligence, financial modeling, valuation, and negotiations.
Achieve revenue targets through direct sales and client acquisition.
Present investment strategies and opportunities to clients with strong financial reasoning.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and prepare investment notes for internal and client presentations.
Collaborate with internal teams for seamless execution but remain primarily an IC (Individual Contributor) role.
Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal investment policies.
Key Requirements :
Minimum 10 years of experience in the financial services industry (buy-side, wealth management, investment banking, private equity, or asset management).
Strong track record in client acquisition and sales in financial products.
Deep understanding of financial modeling, valuations, deal structuring, and investment analysis.
Proven ability to independently source and close deals.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
CFA / MBA (Finance) preferred but not mandatory.
