Job Responsibilities :
- Oversee and drive daily operations and sales through allocated channel.
- Use experience and expertise to help the Business Head achieve business targets set by the business for the region.
- Advise and guide team on managing sales through allocated channel, tracking, and following up on new business leads.
- Guide their team in meeting revenue targets by monitoring sales metrics, analyzing sales data and training them in sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Work in collaboration with internal teams to ensure that any information going out is in the best interest of the company.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and competitive activities, including analyzing customer behavior and preferences and identifying new market opportunities.
- Enhance the channel by maintaining existing relationships and onboarding new clients, communicate effectively and demonstrate a deep understanding of customer needs and knowledge of mutual fund market and products.
- Ensure and adhere to compliance and regulatory guidelines for the region.
- Oversee sales support activities such as sales administration, compliance, distribution, etc.
Qualification :
MBA / Post Graduation / NSIM certification
Minimum Work Experience :
6+ years of experience in financial services, preferably Asset Management with knowledge of mutual fund products
