Key Responsibilities :
- Promote and sell genomic services including NGS, DNA / RNA oligonucleotides, custom sequencing, and gene synthesis to academic and industrial clients.
- Identify and acquire new customers in the life sciences, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and academic research sectors.
- Develop strong relationships with researchers, procurement teams, and decision-makers to understand and address their genomic needs.
- Maintain and grow a portfolio of existing accounts through effective communication, cross-selling, and value delivery.
- Work closely with the technical and production teams to ensure client requirements are met accurately and on time.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and product information to clients.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales pipeline, and forecasts in CRM tools.
- Participate in relevant scientific conferences, workshops, and exhibitions to promote Eurofins Genomics' services.
- Ensure timely follow-up for order closure, customer satisfaction, and payment collection.
