We are looking for a passionate and driven Regional Sales Manager to strengthen our distribution network and drive growth across India.
Key Responsibilities :
- Drive and expand offline sales for nutraceuticals, pharmaceuticals, protein supplements, and allied nutrition products.
- Manage and grow sales in assigned region(s) or at Pan-India level.
- Build strong partnerships with distributors, wholesalers, pharmacies, gyms, fitness centers, retailers, and key accounts.
- Achieve sales targets (monthly, quarterly, yearly) through effective channel management.
- Expand the distribution network to ensure product availability across the territory.
- Monitor sales performance, secondary sales, and market coverage regularly.
- Recruit, train, and manage sales executives / representatives in the region.
- Motivate and guide the sales team to achieve their targets.
- Coordinate with marketing for promotions, sampling activities, tie-ups, and product launches.
- Track competitor products, pricing, and market trends to design growth strategies.
- Ensure proper placement, visibility, and merchandising of products at retail counters, gyms, and pharmacies.
- Monitor outstanding payments and ensure timely collections.
- Travel extensively within the assigned region / across India to meet clients, visit markets, and support the sales team.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and insights to 5-8 years of sales experience in Nutraceuticals / Pharmaceuticals / Protein Nutrition or a similar industry is a must.
- Proven experience in handling Pan-India or specific regional territories.
- Strong network of distributors, retailers, and pharmacies.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability and willingness to travel extensively.
