Head of Operations & Delivery
to build, scale, and lead a robust, high-performance service delivery function from the ground up.
Responsibilities
Design and execute the blueprint for a cost-effective, high-performance delivery function
Development of a scalable hub-and-spoke operational model across India
Build and manage a low-cost, high-performance delivery team that can scale rapidly
Take full ownership of defining the appropriate business model and operating procedures
Lead the growth of the team, managing and mentoring a 150+ member operations team across 15+ cities by the end of the next financial year
Champion a tech and data-led approach to operations, leveraging AI and automation
Establish strict controls and audit mechanisms to ensure process integrity and service quality
Act as the local face of the company, building and managing critical working relationships with banking and financial partners at the local and regional levels
Qualifications & Experience
8+ years of experience in Operations Management, Service Delivery, or Field Operations
Prior experience doing this in a Fintech environment would be a huge advantage
Proven track record of building and managing scaled operations teams across multiple cities
Deep expertise in process design and optimization
Demonstrated ability to be results-driven and aggressive in achieving targets
Exceptional leadership and communication skills,
Must be comfortable taking ownership of P&L and efficiency KPIs for the entire delivery function
