About the Role
We're looking for someone to own how we price beds, manage distribution channels, and optimize revenue across our hostel portfolio. You'll bring structure to revenue decisions, build visibility through data, and create systems that improve every week. If you've used data to make pricing decisions—not just reported numbers but actually owned the calls—this role is for you.

Own revenue targets
Build and run our dynamic pricing model
Optimize distribution strategy
Create revenue visibility
Identify and fix revenue leakage
Run pricing experiments
Guide the team
You're a fit if :
You've built revenue management before
You're analytically strong
You make decisions and own outcomes
You're resourceful
Background :
6+ years in revenue management, pricing, or yield optimization in hospitality (hotels, hostels, serviced apartments, OTAs like OYO / Treebo / MakeMyTrip) or adjacent industries (airlines, bus travel, rideshare). Strong analytical ability and pricing experience are more critical than specific sector knowledge.
