About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Engagement Manager to join our team and drive transformational change in employee experience and organizational culture. You will partner closely with leadership, managers, and employees across a large account of 300+ team members to create meaningful engagement initiatives and build a workplace where our experts feel valued, motivated, and committed to growth.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Engagement & Culture Building
- Design, implement, and continuously refine comprehensive employee engagement strategies that enhance satisfaction, morale, and retention across all levels
- Develop innovative programs and interventions to address attrition challenges and create a positive, inclusive workplace culture
- Conduct regular skip-level meetings, focus groups, and pulse surveys to gather employee feedback and insights
- Analyze engagement data and attrition trends to identify root causes and develop targeted action plans
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure engagement initiatives align with business objectives
Performance Management & Development
Oversee and optimize the performance appraisal system to drive high performance and continuous improvementMonitor Business Quotient (BQ) progress across teams and provide strategic guidance on Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs)Support managers on handling performance issues, difficult conversations, and employee developmentCollaborate with the Training & Development team to design interventions that strengthen mid-level leadership competenciesEmployee Relations & Support
Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, conducting investigations and mediating conflicts with empathy and fairnessProactively engage with high-risk attrition cases to understand concerns and implement retention strategiesMaintain detailed meeting minutes (MOM) and share observations with senior stakeholders regularlyProvide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practicesQualifications & Experience
Education : Master's degree in Human ResourcesExperience : 3-4 years of progressive experience in HR with a strong focus on employee engagement, retention, and culture buildingSpan of Control : Proven ability to collaborate with and influence large teams employees)Availability : Flexibility to work in a 24x7 support model as neededPreferred
Experience in high-attrition environments with demonstrated success in reducing turnoverBackground in BPO, IT services, or similar large-scale operationsCommunication Excellence
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiencesSkilled at facilitating difficult conversations and presenting to senior stakeholders and clientsClient & Customer Mindset
Deep understanding of internal customer needs and commitment to delivering exceptional HR serviceAbility to align HR strategies with business goals and client expectations.Job Type : Full-time
Pay : ₹600, ₹900,000.00 per year
