We are seeking an innovative and empathetic Employee Experience Manager to design, implement, and enhance programs that improve the overall employee experience. This role will focus on fostering a positive, engaging, and productive work environment by aligning organizational goals with employees' needs, promoting well-being, and ensuring a seamless journey throughout the employee lifecycle.

Strategy & Design :

• Develop and implement an employee experience strategy aligned with the organizations culture, mission, and goals.
• Map the employee journey to identify and address pain points at key touchpoints such as onboarding, engagement, retention, and exit.
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives to ensure an inclusive workplace environment.
