Partner with the BHs, POCs to finalize Scorecards.
Design and implement PMS for KMPL.
Responsible for goal setting, role glossary, query resolution, manager reviews, and PRAISE rating closure.
Collaborate with KMBL Compensation team for annual salary benchmarking and mid-year corrections.
Lead end-to-end PRAISE moderation
Execute and govern the current Recognition programs
Design and implement org wide recognition initiatives.
Design, optimize, and manage incentive schemes across business.
Create simulations, presentations, approval workflows, calculators, and communication for new schemes.
Drive automation of the incentives
Prepare monthly incentive provisions for Finance. Prepare summaries for representation to COO and MD.
Finalize annual manpower budgets and ensure adherence across departments.
Review and publish productivity benchmarks and reports monthly.
Present productivity insights to Board and BHs.
Act as POC for all headcount-related data requests (RBI, Internal Audit, Risk, Board).
Design and maintain attrition dashboards and publish relevant cuts for KMPL Board and regulatory bodies.
