Job Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment for creative, digital, and advertising roles, ensuring a smooth hiring process.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through LinkedIn connections, job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience by providing timely updates and communication.
- Maintain and update recruitment databases and reports.
- Collaborate with HR and hiring teams to understand talent needs and job requirements.
- Stay updated on industry hiring trends and best practices in advertising recruitment.
Key Requirements
Freshers with excellent communication skills or 1 year of experience in recruitment (preferably in the advertising industry).Strong ability to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.Proficiency in using LinkedIn for talent sourcing and networking.Knowledge of sourcing strategies and recruitment tools is a plus.Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Passion for talent acquisition and employer branding.Why Join Brandmovers
