We are looking for a fresher or recent graduate to join our team as an E-Commerce Assistant . This role is ideal for someone with basic computer knowledge and a strong willingness to learn. You will support our daily operations by working with AI tools (ChatGPT), Google Workspace (Docs & Sheets), and basic Shopify website tasks . Success in this role means being reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to grow your skills while helping our business run smoothly. This role is an important part of our operations team, ensuring that research, documentation, and e-commerce tasks are executed efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Use ChatGPT and other AI tools to perform research, create drafts, and assist with content needs
• Work with Google Docs and Google Sheets to manage data, create reports, and organize information
• Assist with setting up and maintaining basic Shopify websites (training provided)
• Support daily e-commerce tasks and general business operations
• Follow instructions carefully, manage time effectively, and deliver accurate work on schedule
