Job description
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and implement strategic export plans to expand business in international markets.
Manage and lead the export team, ensuring smooth order processing, documentation, and timely dispatch.
International Travel exposure
Identify and build strong relationships with international buyers, distributors, and agents.
Negotiate and finalize contracts with international clients to ensure favorable terms.
Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, export documentation, and customs policies.
Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance departments for order fulfillment and shipment planning.
Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities in key export regions.
Participate in international trade shows, exhibitions, and buyer-seller meets.
Maintain accurate export records and generate regular sales and performance reports for management.
Handle customer queries, resolve complaints, and ensure high customer candidate profile :
Graduate / Postgraduate in International Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in export operations and international sales in the Bags, Leather, or Apparel industry.
In-depth understanding of global trade practices, export-import documentation, Incoterms, LC handling, and shipping regulations.
Proven track record of successfully developing international markets and increasing export volumes.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proficient in MS Office, ERP systems, and export management software.
Willingness to travel internationally when required
