Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telecaller – Tamil located in Padappai .The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing clients, providing product or service information, and generating leads. Additionally, the role involves maintaining call records, addressing client inquiries.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Tamil and effective communication skills
• Experience in telecalling or customer service
• Ability to generate leads.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM software
