We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our Real Estate team in Madipakkam, Chennai. The ideal candidate will have 0-4 years of experience in telecalling or customer service, with a passion for real estate and a desire to grow within the industry. As a Telecaller, you will play a key role in reaching out to potential clients, providing them with information about our properties and services, and helping to drive sales.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote real estate services and properties.
• Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries regarding properties, pricing, and services.
• Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.
• Schedule appointments for property viewings and follow-up calls with clients.
• Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with clients over the phone.

Skills and Qualifications

Salary : 12K-15K per month plus incentives.

Work Location : Madipakkam Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

Work Timing : 10 am to 5 pm (Mon to Sat working, Sunday Holiday)
